1.1 Registration and verification data

• Full name, email address, phone number
• National ID, residency, or passport image (for identity verification)
• Supporting professional documents when needed, especially for Expert/Verified status

1.2 Payment and financial data

• Payment card or e-payment details (processed by a licensed external provider; full card data is not stored on our servers)
• Transaction history: paid messages, commissions, refunds, subscriptions

1.3 Usage content

• Messages exchanged between users on the Platform
• Message price and reply window set by each member
• Reviews and feedback related to service quality

1.4 Technical data

• IP address, device/browser type, operating system
• Login and activity logs
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Clause 7)

• Create and activate your account, and verify identity/professional status
• Process financial transactions (paid messages, subscriptions, commissions, refunds)
• Apply automatic refunds when no reply is sent within the committed window
• Display your profile to other users (name, role, verification badge, price, reply window)
• Contact you about your account, platform updates, or promotions
• Improve service quality and develop new features
• Comply with legal/regulatory obligations and prevent fraud or misuse

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Payment providers: to process payments and refunds securely
• Identity verification providers: to verify member accounts
• Legal/regulatory authorities: when required by law or formal request
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: to operate the Platform securely

For each verified member, the Platform publicly displays name, professional role, verification badge, message price, and committed reply window — as a core part of the service.

We retain your data while your account is active, and for any additional period required for legal, accounting, and tax obligations. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except records that must be retained by law (such as financial transaction records).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and periodic system reviews. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

Because the Platform serves users across multiple countries (GCC, Egypt, and others), your data may be processed or stored on servers outside your country of residence. We take appropriate measures consistent with applicable laws, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
